Sammy Capuano, Chief Technology Officer of TLC Lending, leads a team of highly trained individuals to develop and maintain various TLC web sites. With over 30 years of combined experience as internet developers, Mr. Capuano and his team serve all TLC’s technical needs, from infrastructure systems to design and development. Mr. Capuano’s experience working with financial institutions has led to a very special union with TLC. The two most significant web sites developed in house to date are:

TLCLENDING.COM is a business to consumer platform which offers easy navigation and interactive functionality to generate sales leads.

TOTALLOANCARE.COM is a business to business platform which offers a complete web-based solution for TLC originators. This site manages the relationship between the loan officer and the TLC administrators. We designed this site that is database driven in order to fit the business logic of the mortgage business. We also developed client side software to interact with this database.
